Ghanaian teenager Eric Mensah is set to undergo trials at Spanish Segunda División club Málaga CF, Kickgh.com can confirm.
The 18-year-old right-back,who can also operate across the lateral defence on the field of play, departed the west African nation early on Sunday to join up with the La Rosaleda Stadium outfit as he looks set to be assessed by the technical team members in the coming days.
When our outfit contacted a grapevine source close to the MSK Zilina Africa youth star over the club in question, he said to Kickgh.com in a brief confirmation: ''Eric Mensah, who is 18 years of age is leaving for trials at Spanish club Málaga.''
lt is believed that the teenager caught the attention of many clubs across Europe with his promising talent during his European tour with Ghanaian-based Shooting Stars FC.
Mensah is currently under the management of Spanish-based agency ARG Football Agency after signing a two-year management deal with them this year.
