The teenage sensation of Ghanaian origin is set to be sidelined for months after suffering from an injury in their last league outings
Bayern Munich youth star Michael Scott has suffered from a knee injury and would sit out for months, the club have announced.
The 18-year-old picked up the injury during his side's 0-1 defeat to Karlsruher SC under-19 on Saturday.
The Ghana-prospect teenager recently penned a three-year contract extension with the Bavarian outfit and such an injury setback is set to mired his progress for the ongoing U-19 Bundesliga campaign.
He has so far netted 3 and assisted 2 in his 11 game appearances with the Bayern Munich U19 side in the ongoing U19-Bundesliga S/SW/ 23/24 football campaign.
Michael is the younger brother of Hannover 96 attacking midfielder Christopher Scott and both still remain eligible to switch allegiance and represent Ghana on the international stage despite playing for the Germany national youth teams.
