English-born of Ghanaian origin Leo Black has officially signed his first professional contract with Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur.
The 18-year-old, who began as a midfield player but has recently adopted an inverted right-back role, external for Spurs' Under-18 team, was offered the contract following his explosive performances in the Spurs setup.
He has been a regular starter for the Tottenham Under-18 side this season, having switched from his previous midfield position to operate in an inverted right-back role at the start of the campaign.
He made his Under-18 Premier League debut for the club during the 2021/22 campaign while still a schoolboy, before helping Tottenham Hotspur to win the Under-17 Premier League Cup last season.
Black recently captained the Tottenham's Under-18 side for the first time in a thrilling 6-3 win at Southampton – a game in which he scored a stunning long-range goal – while also stepping up to make his debut for the Under-21 team in a 1-0 victory against Bristol City in the Premier League Cup
