Promising Ghanaian forward Prince Amoako Jr has been shortlisted for the Danish Superliga Young Player of the Month award after an impressive start to life with FC Nordsjaelland.

The 18-year-old attacker, a product of the Right to Dream Academy, has quickly made his mark since debuting in July, scoring two goals in five matches for the Wild Tigers in August. His strong performances have earned him recognition among the league’s best young talents.

Amoako Jr faces competition from his club teammate and compatriot Caleb Yirenkyi, as well as Bismarck Edjeodji (Vejle Boldklub). Other nominees include Thomas Jorgensen (Viborg), Clement Bischoff (formerly Brøndby IF, now with Red Bull Salzburg), and Hjalte Bidstrup (Viborg).

Fans will decide the winner through a public vote, with the announcement expected after the international break.
