Ghanaian winger Maxim Zeulevoet has signed for Belgian side KRC Mechelen on a free transfer following the expiration of his contract with KRC Gent.
The 25-year-old, who was born in Belgium but traces his roots to Ghana, brings both experience and flair to Mechelen’s setup ahead of the upcoming season. Known for his pace and versatility, Zeulevoet is expected to bolster the club’s attacking options as they look to push further up the Belgian football ladder.
Zeulevoet began his career with VW Hamme U21 before venturing abroad to play for St Joseph’s FC in Gibraltar’s top division, gaining valuable experience on the European stage. He later returned to Belgium and featured for KRC Gent over the last two seasons.
KRC Mechelen view the winger as a key addition, banking on his energy and work ethic to make a significant impact in the new campaign.
