Ghanaian youngster, Jerry Afriyie secures second loan spell since joining Saudi side Al Qadsiah, as he is now headed to newly-promoted Belgian topflight side RAAL La Louvière on a season long-loan
The 18-year-old joined the Saudi Pro League side early this year and spent a short loan spell at Spanish lower division side CD Lugo where he got off to a brighter start
He was very outstanding during his time in Spain with six-goal involvements (4goals, 2assists) in ten matches but wasn’t enough to earn them a promotion
Jerry, despite starting preseason with his parent club alongside compatriot Christopher Bonsu Baah, and will now head to the Belgian topflight where he hope unleash the beast out of him to take the championship by storm with the main aim of returning to Saudi Arabia and become a mainstay
Jerry Afriyie was an integral member of the Black Satellites squad that won gold at the 2023 African Games and was also adjudged the best player and goalking in the 2024 WAFU Zone B U-20 Championship
He’s been in the Black Stars recently and had a goal in his debut against Niger in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers
