English-born of Ghanaian descent Kobbie Mainoo made his first-ever Premier League debut for Manchester United in their home win over Leicester City on Sunday.
Mainoo, who was born to Ghanaian parents in United Kingdom, made a cameo appearance in the Red Devils resounding home win over Leicester City at the Old Trafford.
The 17-year-old was introduced on the 80th minute of the game as replacement for Marcel Sabitzer.
The young midfielder, who joined Manchester United at the age of nine, has played for England up to Under-18 level.
Mainoo is eligible to represent Ghana at any level in future.
