Per a report from English tabloid Daily Mail, manager Brendan Rodgers is a great admirer of the Ghanian midfielder and has launched an enquiry over his possible acquisition in this ongoing transfer window.
With a year left to run on his contract with his current employers, Celtic must fork out an amount of €7m if they are to land him for the new football campaign as per his transfermarkt valuation.
He has so far made 20 appearances for Ghana men's senior national team, the Black Stars.
