Ghanaian striker Bernard Tekpetey has expressed his excitement after his club Ludogorets secured qualification to the Europa League group stage.
The 24-year-old attacker was phenomenal upfront as Ludogorets drew Lithuanian side Zalgiris FC 3-3 in the second leg of the final playoff match on Thursday.
The Bulgarian giants snatched a 1-0 win from the first leg to progress to the group stage of the 2022/23 Europa League on a 4-3 aggregate win.
Tekpetey took to his official Twitter handle to react to the feat, as he described it as a remarkable achievement.
“What an impressive achievement, Great to secure a place in the Europa group stages, Amazing team performance,” Tekpetey wrote on his Twitter handle.
