The 23-year-old defender of Ghanaian origin has completed his transfer move to the ltalian top-flight outfit in this summer transfer window
Italian Serie A side Hellas Verona FC have acquired the services of Swedish-born Ghanaian centre-back Isak Malcolm Kwaku Hien on a four-year deal from Swedish Allsvenskan side Djurgardens IF.
The talented guardsman, who was also on the radar of Torino FC and Slavia Prague, will now spent the rest of the 2022/23 football season with the Stadio Marcantonio Bentegodi outfit in the ltalian top-flight.
An official statement confirming the capturing of the former Vasalund youth man by Verona reads;
"Verona - Hellas Verona FC announces that it has acquired from Djurgardens IF - definitively until 30 June 2026 - the right to sports performances of the Swedish defender Isak Hien,"
"Hellas Verona FC welcomes Isak Hien with a warm welcome, wishing him the best personal and team satisfaction in the yellow and blue jersey."
The Swedish-born centre-back is still eligible to represent Ghana at the internatonal stage as he is yet to be capped by the Swedish senior national team.
