Ghana’s 26-man squad for the upcoming international friendlies against Austria and Germany were in action for their respective clubs over the weekend, with a number of players delivering standout performances while others had limited involvement ahead of the March international break.
The Black Stars as part of preparations towards the 2026 FIFA World Cup, will play Austria on March 27, and Germany on March 30, in the upcoming March international window.

Benjamin Asare was in post for Hearts of Oak and played full time goalless draw against Heart of Lions over weekend in round 26 of the Ghana Premier League.
Lawrence Ati-Zigi impressed for FC St. Gallen in their 1-1 draw against FC Sion, delivering a solid performance and earning a 7.5 rating on the day.
Joseph Anang featured for St Patrick’s Athletic and kept a clean sheet as his side recorded a 2-0 away victory over Waterford FC in the Ireland Premier League.
