Ghanaian international, Kudus Mohammed has expressed eagerness as he can't wait for West Ham United's upcoming preseason tour in the United States of America
The 23-year-old had an impressive debut campaign last season having taken the league by storm and made an outraging 14-goal involvements; scoring 8 and creating 6- climaxing it with a spectacular bicycle kick against champions Manchester City on the final day.
His outstanding display earned him a spot in CANAL+ Sports' best Africa eleven of the 2023/24 season and has currently attract a lucrative offer from Saudi Pro League side Al Ittihad but hasn't decided anything on that yet.
With the move looking highly impossible, Kudus, has already joined his teammates in East London for preseason as they look to have themselves adequately prepared for the new season.
Speaking in an interview, the mercurial playmaker feels basing in the USA for preseason will the best since it is a nice country and has lots of Ghanaians around and will also engage in some tough games which will serve as a perfect test for them.
"I’m looking forward to getting back out on the pitch against Dagenham & Redbridge on Saturday, and then going out to America very much," Kudus shared. "It is an important preparation for the new season and I’m really excited for it."
"They have a good atmosphere, the crowd is good and they have a lot of Ghanaians there as well, so that is always nice to see," he said. "I can’t wait [to meet the West Ham United USA fanbase] in America and hopefully I can give them some entertainment as well."
Kudus Mohammed will be in action this afternoon when West Ham United play as guests to Dag & Red in a preseason friendly at the Chigwell Construction Stadium at 14:00GMT
