Olympique Lyon new-boy, Ernest Nuamah has described his decision to join French giants Olympique Lyon as the best and revealed what made him chose them despite having lots of clubs on board.
The 19-year-old attacker joined the Kids just recently on a season long loan with an option to buy, after enjoying an impressive campaign at Danish side FC Norsdjaelland.
He is yet to feature at the Groupama Stadium and is most likely he could begin the new challenge this weekend when they host PSG in the match-day four of the Ligue 1.
In his first interview since the move, the Right to Dream Academy graduate says he is joining Lyon because he want much playing time and also where he could develop his game very well to reach the highest echelon.
"I still want to develop as a player and continue playing. I feel like Lyon is the best move."
"It is how the team is structured, and how well they play, and I feel like I will fit into the style of play in Lyon and the fact that they give a lot of playing time to young players."
Nuamah is expected to be named in coach Chris Hughton's squad for the game against Central African Republic next week in the 2023 AFCON qualifiers.
