Former Ghana youth international, Ibrahim Sadiq was on the scoresheet and also registered an assist to power AZ Alkmaar to a precious 3-2 win over RKC Waalwijk at the AFAS Stadion earlier today.
The Right to Dream Academy graduate didn't make manager Maarten Martens' starting line up but was introduced into the game on the 62nd minute to replace Dave Kwakman.
David Min opened the scoring account for Waalwijk in just three minutes into the game and doubled the lead to seal his brace just on the stroke of half time.
Just four minutes after his introduction, Ibrahim Sadiq assisted Japanese's Yukinari Sugawara to pull one back before getting the leveller subsequently on the 75th minute.
Two minutes later, Vangelis Pavlidis scored the match winner to hand all three points to the Cheese Farmers.
AZ Alkmaar are currently lurking on the fourth spot on the Eredivise table with 55 points and will play as guests to NEC Nijmegen next week.
