Former Ghanaian international Samuel Osei Kuffour has spoken with so optimism that his former club Bayern Munich will reach the final of the ongoing UEFA Champions League and added he will be there support.
The Bavarians have been doing so well this season and are already performing better than they did last season as they currently lead the the log with eight points.
The Star of the Souths have recently have cruised into the quarter final having completed back to back over Bundesliga rivals Bayer Leverkusen with a 5-0 on aggregate victory.
Speaking after the game, Kuffour, who won 14 titles with the Bavarians, has spoken highly of his former club and added he is very confident they will make it to the final and probably win the title.
“The UCL final will be in Munich, and I’m very confident Bayern Munich will be there. I spoke to some of the fans in Germany, and they urged me to join the fan zone if Bayern gets to the final to cheer the players on. I wish they get to the final so I can support my team,” Sammy Kuffour told Flashscore in an interview.
Bayern Munich will now face Inter Milan in the next round of matches.
