Ghana striker Inaki Williams scored and provided an assist to propel Athletic Bilbao to a convincing home victory over Celta Vigo in the Spanish La Liga on Saturday afternoon.
With three matches to end the 2022/23 season's campaign, Athletic Bilbao continued their fight for European inter-club competition next season with a 2-1 win over Celta Vigo at the San Memes Stadium.
Williams brilliantly opened the score for the Red and White lads with a header in the just five minutes of the commencement of the game after making a good use of Oscar De Marcos' cross.
Celta Vigo levelled the score on the 50th minute through a header from Joergen Strand Larsen before the host restored the lead, four minutes later.
On the 54th minute, Inaki Williams set up his teammate Alex Berenguer to secure all the three maximum points for Athletic Bilbao at home.
Williams was substituted after enjoying 59 minute of the game while his compatriot Joseph Aidoo lasted for the entire duration for Celta Vigo.
Inaki Williams has notched up ten goals and provided three assists in 33 La Liga appearances for Athletic Bilbao this season so far.
