Ernest Agyiri, a former Ghana U-17 and Manchester City midfielder, has expressed his willingness to represent any of the national teams if given the opportunity.

Since helping Ghana secure a spot in the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations, Agyiri has not been involved in any national assignments. Unfortunately, the Black Starlets were unable to participate in the tournament due to a protest filed by Cameroon after the last qualifier game.

Since that disappointment, Agyiri has not received a call-up for any of Ghana's national teams. His chances are now limited to either the Ghana Olympics team if they qualify or the senior team, the Black Stars.

However, Agyiri has made it clear that he is open to representing Ghana regardless of the team. He values the experience of wearing the national team jersey and singing the national anthem. He expressed his happiness when he played for the U-17 team and stated his readiness to seize the opportunity to play for the national team again.

"I am ready for any call-up. I really want to play for the Black Stars one day," Agyiri stated in an interview with Joy Sports.

Currently playing for Estonian side Levadia Tallinn, the left-footed forward has been in impressive form, directly contributing to 13 goals in 12 appearances so far in the 2023 season.
