Inaki Williams scores first season goal to propel Athletic Club to victory over CD Leganés

Black Stars striker, Inaki Williams scored his first league goal of the season for Athletic Bilbao in their resounding 0-2 away win over CD Leganés earlier this evening.

The 30-year-old in their last game registered three assists to help the Red-Whites triumph over Las Palmas away from home and once again starred today.

Inaki, made the starting line up and enjoyed a great game having netted their second goal with fifteen minutes to full time to seal the win at the Burtaque after Daniel Vivian had already snatched the lead ten minutes prior

The lanky striker has been outstanding since returning from the international break having contributed to four goals in his last two matches; with three assists and a goal to his belt and will have to add more in their subsequent games.

Athletic Bilbao will return to the San Mamerse this weekend to host Celta Vigo in match-week 7 of the Spanish La Liga.
