The Italian Serie A newcomers US Cremonese have tabled a lucrative offer to acquire the services of the budding talented centre-forward Felix Afena-Gyan from AS Roma this summer.
The 19-year-old, who signed a four-year contract extension with AS Roma last month is on his way out of the Stadio Olimpico outfit due to limited playing time under Jose Mourinho.
According Italian journalist Nicolò Schira, US Cremonese have officially submitted a seven million euros (€3m) bid to AS Roma for the possible signing of the Ghana international.
Also, it is believed that the Black Stars centre-forward is leaving AS Roma following an imminent arrival of Andrea Belotti. His departure will enable the Italian Serie A outfit to register Belotti.
Afena-Gyan is rated among the best youngsters in European football following his exploits at AS Roma after bagging a debut brace against Genoa in November 2021.
He made 20 appearances for AS Roma in all competitions last season with two goals to his credit, since his promotion to the senior team in October 2021.
