The talented attacking midfielder has completed a sensational switch to the Belgian Jupilier League outfit until the summer of 2025.
Ghana youth international Abu Francis has officially joined Belgian top-flight league outfit Cercle Brugge K.S.V from FC Nordsjaelland in the ongoing summer transfer window.
The 21-year-old signed a three-year deal with a year option of extension at the Jan Breydel Stadium outfit after passing a mandatory medical examination earlier today.
The club's official statement reads “Cercle Brugge and the Danish Nordsjaelland found an agreement regarding the immediate transfer of Abu Francis (21).”
“The versatile Ghanaian midfielder signed a contract with Cercle Brugge until June 2025, with an option for an additional season.”
Abu Francis joined FC Nordsjaelland in 2019 from Ghanaian based Right to Dream Academy. He was drafted into the FC Nordsjaelland U19 before earning promotion to the senior side after few months.
He made 60 appearances for FC Nordsjaelland senior team in all competitions where he scored seven goals and provided five assists.
