Ghana international Joseph Addo scored a brilliant header to secure an important home draw for Celta Vigo against Getafe CF in Spanish La Liga Santander on Monday evening.
Celta Vigo were held to a pulsating 1-1 home stalemate by Getafe CF in their match-week eleven clash at the Abanca Balaidos Stadium.
Aidoo scored a 88th minute header to salvage point for Celta Vigo after cancelling out a 43rd minute strike from Enes Unal of Getafe CF.
The 27-year-old displayed a five-star performance at the back line for the homesters as he moved forward to brilliantly connect a cross delivered by Iago Aspas in the dying embers of the game.
Aidoo featured in all eleven La Liga appearances for Celta Vigo this season so far.
He is expected to be part of Ghana's squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup which starts next month in Qatar.
