Former Medeama SC striker, Jonathan Sowah has left Libyan side Al Nasr Benghazi after a very short stint at the Martyrs of February Stadium.
The 25-year-old, despite having lots of offers, chose to join the Alfahamas on an outright deal in the last January transfer window and started on a higher note in the early stages.
His major highlight in the Libyan topflight is definitely the haul (4goals) he scored for Al Nasr in their dramatic 6-3 win over Al Hilal in a league fixture in May.
However, speculations has it that, the elite striker is leaving Al Nasr Benghazi following both parties agreement to terminate the contract that binds them together by mutual consent with the main reason not stated.
Jonathan Sowah despite missing out on the last Back Stars call up, has been in and around the team for sometime now and even made 2023 Africa Cup of Nations final squad.
