Israeli second-tier league outfit Hapoel Kfar Saba have announced the acquisition of former Hearts of Oak defender Konadu Yiadom ahead of the 2025–26 season's campaign.

Konadu has signed a three-year contract with the Green and White lads after ending his stay at Hearts of Oak following the expiration of his contract.

The Phobians made several efforts to extend the stay of the former WAFA skipper but he and his agents declined the contract extension negotiations to opt for Israeli move.

During the 2024–25 season, Konadu made 18 appearances in the Ghana Premier League for Hearts of Oak and scored one goal.

The 25-year-old rejoined the Phobians after unsuccessful loan spell at Ukrainian side Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih during the 2023–24 season, having joined Hearts of Oak from WAFA in 2022.

He made his last appearance for Hearts of Oak during the 2025 President Cup which they lost 2-1 to their sworn-rivals Asante Kotoko. The lanky centre-back made 38 league appearances for the Phobians and netted on three occasions.

Konadu is expected to establish himself as a key performer for Hapoel Kfar Saba as they aim to secure promotion to the Israeli Premier League.
