The 23-year-old talented midfielder of Ghanaian descent has completed his loan switch to the ltalian second tier outfit from his mother club in this ongoing summer transfer window

Italian-born Ghanaian midfielder Emmanuel Gyabuaa has joined newly-promoted Serie B club Avellino from Serie A giants Atalanta BC on a season-long loan deal, the club have confirmed.

ln announcing the loan transfer deal of the former Parma FC youth product, the Biancoverdi have said their contractual obligation with the Ghana-prospect youngster could be made permanent upon its expiration at the end of the 2025-26 campaign.

An official statement over the loan signing of Gyabuaa read via the club's website: ''US Avellino 1912 announces that it has acquired the sporting performance rights of the footballer Manu Emmanuel Gyabuaa from Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio, on a temporary basis with an option and counter-option right  . Born in Parma on September 21, 2001, the midfielder of Ghanaian origins grew up in the youth teams of Parma and Atalanta.During his career he wore the shirts of Atalanta, Perugia and Pescara.In total, as a professional, he has made 114 appearances across Serie A, Serie B, Serie C, the Coppa Italia, the Coppa Italia Serie C and the Serie C playoffs.

He now becomes the second player of Ghanaian root to join the Stadio Partenio-Adriano Lombardi outfit this summer following the arrival of Justin Kumi on July 9, 2025.

Having played for the ltaly national youth teams, Gyabuaa still remains eligible to play for Ghana on the international stage given his Ghanaian heritage.
