The Black Stars attacking midfielder has emerged on the summer transfer list of the Falmer Stadium outfit, according to football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

English Premier League side Brighton and Hove Albion have reportedly shown keen interest in signing Kudus Mohammed from Ajax Amsterdam in the ongoing summer transfer window.

Mohammed has attracted interest from several top-tier clubs across Europe after revealing his intention of leaving the Dutch Eredivisie giants by rejecting a three-year contract extension offer last month.

The 22-year-old has been targeted by Roberto De Zerbi's side as replacement for Argentine international Alexis Mac Allister, who has left Brighton to seal a move worth €42 million to Liverpool FC.

Recently, Kudus has also been linked with Manchester United and Arsenal, indicating his appeal to prominent Premier League clubs with the midfielder having a price tag around €50m.

Also, Chelsea have been reported to have expressed interest in the former FC Nordsjaelland talismanic attacker as replacement for out-going forward Kai Havertz.

Kudus Mohammed had an incredible season with Ajax, having notched 18 goals and provided 5 assists — that's 23 goal-involvement in all competitions for the Amsterdam based outfit in the 2022/23 season.

He is set to become the fourth Ghanaian footballer to play for Brighton and Hove Albion after Elvis Manu, Danny Welback and Tariq Lamptey.
