Ghana international Kudus Mohammed was named the best player in Ajax win over FC Twente in the Dutch Cup on Wednesday evening.
Kudus Mohammed scored an important goal to propel Ajax Amsterdam to the quarter-final stage of the 2022/23 Dutch Cup with his lone strike on the 71st minute.
Ajax secured semi-final berth of the 2022/23 Dutch Cup following a 1-0 victory over FC Twente at the De Grolsch Veste Stadion.
The first half looked balanced as both sides failed to make their chances created count.
On the 71st minute, Kudus Mohammed brilliantly opened the score for Ajax which eventually became the only goal to secure them a place in the last four of the Dutch Cup.
The 22-year-old lasted for the entire duration of the game with a sterling output for the Red and White lads.
Kudus Mohammed has notched up 12 goals and provided three assists in 26 appearances for Ajax in all competitions this season so far.
