Bechem United secured their third victory of the season after defeating Great Olympics in their match-week eight fixture on Wednesday afternoon.
The Hunters extended their unbeaten streak to four games after recording a 2-1 home win over Great Olympics at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park in Bechem.
The opening minutes of the game looked balanced but the late impressive performance of the home side earned them the opener before the break.
On the stroke of the halftime, Augustine Okrah brilliantly registered the opener for the Hunters with an audacious strike in the 42nd minute.
Great Olympics coach Annor Walker made tactical switch which aided them to dominate the first thirty minutes of the second half of the game.
Defender Samuel Abbey Quaye snatched the leveller for Great Olympics in the 74th minute but a strike from Emmanuel Owusu in the 82nd minute ensured Bechem United all the three maximum points at home.
Bechem United have moved to sixth position with 11 points while Great Olympics drops to fourth position with 12 points after match-week 8.
