The forward has been released by the Swedish top-flight outfit at the end of the just-ended football campaign
Swedish Allsvenskan side Mjällby AIF have severed ties with Ghanaian forward Mamudo Moro, sporting director Hasse Larsson has confirmed.
According to the club's chief, four players namely; Mamudo Moro, Jesper Merbom Adolfsson, Ludvig Carlius and Taylor Silverholt are to leave the Strandvallen Stadium following the expiration of their deal at the end of the 2023/24 Allsvenskan football season.
Moro failed to impress in the just-concluded campaign, with 19 game times collected under manager Anders Torstensson in all competitions this term.
Hasse Larsson confirmed to Newspaper Kristianstadsbladet about the release of Mamudo Moro together with his other three team-mates: "It's really good guys, but it feels too tough for them in Mjällby. They have played far too little and need playing time in other clubs."
The 28-year-old centre-forward is yet to earn his international cap with the senior national team of Ghana, the Black Stars.
