West Ham United have been drawn to face Liverpool in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals.

The Hammers will travel to Anfield to face the Reds in the week commencing 18 December, with a place in the competition's final four on the line.

David Moyes' men booked their place in the quarter-finals with a thrilling 3-1 victory over London rivals Arsenal on Wednesday night.

Ben White's own-goal, added to venomous strikes by Mohammed Kudus and Jarrod Bowen gave the Claret and Blue Army a memorable night in front of over 62,000 fans at London Stadium.

Meanwhile, Liverpool defeated AFC Bournemouth 2-1 in their fourth round tie.

The Irons have faced the Reds on five previous occasions in the League Cup, winning fourth round ties 2-1 in 1971/72 and 4-1 in 1988/89. The two clubs also contested the 1981 final, which Liverpool won following a replay.
