The 28-year-old forward is unsure about his future with the Swedish elite side after coming close to sealing a move to lsraeli top-tier side Maccabi Netanya during the summer window
Ghanaian striker Naeem Mohammed has mentioned that he has ''no idea of what the future holds for me in the next few months with Halmstads BK'' as the winter transfer window approaches in few months time.
The former Sandvikens IF attacker came close to sealing a three-year contract with the Netanya-based club in a deal believed to be around 190,000 euros. However, with the transfer fee falling below his employers valuation, the deal was finally called off by the HBK over the transfer move during the summer transfer market.
And now, with his current running contract set to expire at the end of this season, the Ghanaian striker has now spoken about his future, telling Newspaper Hallandsposten: ''I have no idea what will happen in the next few months. I live in the present and will see what the future holds.'' He added: ''I am in good shape, but it is the coach who makes the decisions. You just have to accept it and take the opportunity when it comes.''
Naeem has so far figured in 22 games by netting 3 times and assisting 3 for HBK in this ongoing Allsvenskan 2025 football season.
He is yet to earn his international cap with the Ghana Senior Men's National Team, the Black Stars.
