English Championship side Burnley FC have announced the signing of Belgium-born Ghanaian teenage sensation Enock Agyei on a four-and-a-half-year deal from Belgian top-flight side RSC Anderlecht.

The 18-year-old talented winger passed his mandatory medical examinations earlier today before putting pen to paper with the Turf Moor Stadium outfit in the ongoing transfer window.

Burnley FC have said "the forward will be loaned straight out to K.V. Mechelen until the end of the season" in order to gain more experience for top-flight football competitions.

An official statement from the twitter handle of the English lower division outfit over the signing of Enock Agyei reads: "We're pleased to announce the signing of 18-year-old Enock Agyei from Anderlecht on a four-and-a-half-year deal ?

"The forward will be loaned straight out to K.V. Mechelen until the end of the season - thanks to Anderlecht for their fantastic cooperation throughout this move ?"

Enock has this term featured in 16 league games, scoring 3 and assisting 1 for RSCA Futures in the Challenger Pro League 22/23 football season.

Having been born and raised in Belgium, both Enock and Ebenezer are still eligible to represent Ghana at the international level as both are yet to be capped by the Belgium senior national team
