Former Black Stars goalkeeper Razak Brimah has joined the 13th club of his career after signing for another Spanish lower division side Club Deportivo Torreperogil for the ongoing 2025/26 season.
The 38-year-old, who has been playing professional football since 2007, joins on a year deal with option to extend and his last spell was with Calahorra.
Official club statement reads;
"We are pleased to announce the addition of goalkeeper Razak to our team. A goalkeeper with proven experience at higher levels. Welcome," posted the club on social media
Brimah has so much experience and exposure and has been a journeyman in Spain where he’s featured for series of clubs notably Real Betis, Mirandes, Cordoba, Tenerife etc. He later had a spell in South Africa with giants Mamelodi Sundowns in 2017.
The agile shot-stopper is expected to make his debut for Club Deportivo this Sunday, November 23, against Recreativo Granada.
Razak Brimah was Ghana’s first-choice when they reached the final of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea and also at the 2017 edition in Gabon.
