The former Black Starlets captain has completed his transfer move to the Portuguese Second-Tier side in this ongoing winter transfer window 

Ghanaian forward Eric Ayiah has joined Liga Portugal 2 side FC Felgueiras from Liga 3 oufit CD Trofense, the club have announced.

The 24-year-old former AS Monaco U19 youth star is joining the Dr. Machado Matos Stadium campaigners in an undisclosed period of contract ahead of the closure of the transfer window in few days.

An official confirmation over the signing of the former Gil Vicente U23 attacker read via the club's official Facebook Page: ''Now you are one of us. Welcome to your new home Eric!''

The capturing of the Ghanaian forward would now serve as a morale booster for his current employers as they fight to retain their league status in the second division contest following their struggles in this 2024-25 campaign.

Before parting ways with CD Trofense, Ayiah netted 4 goals and assisted 3 in 18 games across all competitions so far this season.

He is yet to earn his cap with the Ghana Men's Senior National Team, the Black Stars.
