The Italian second division side have landed the Ghanaian youngster on a long-term contract in this current transfer window

Italian Serie B outfit Palermo FC have announced the signing of talented Ghanaian winger Stredair Appuah on a five-year deal from French Ligue 1 side FC Nantes.

The 20-year-old left-footed winger was also hot on the heels of the Italian side Venezia as well as English Championship side Burnley in this ongoing transfer window.

Announcing the deal, those in charge of the Stadio Renzo Barbera have said via their club's official website; "Palermo FC announces having acquired the sporting performances of Stredair Appuah from FC Nantes."

"The player moves permanently to the Viale del Fante Club until 30th June 2029."

"Stredair was welcomed to Palermo by the City Football Group, president Mirri and the entire Rosanero family."

 Born and bred in Paris to Ghanaian parents, Appuah is eligible to play for Ghana on the international stage as he is yet to be capped by the French senior national team.
