The 29-year-old defender has sealed his transfer switch to the Italian Third-Tier campaigners in this current winter transfer window

Serie C side ACR Messina have announced the signing of Ghanaian right-back Bright Gyamfi  from Serie B outfit Cosenza Calcio.

The former lnter Milan full-back is joining the Giallorossi on a one-and-a-half-year deal on a permanent basis after finding game times hard to come by at the Stadio San Filippo so far this season.

An official confirmation over the former Benevento guardsman signing read via the club's social media platforms: ''ACR Messina informs the signing of defender Bright Gyamfi. The 96 class finally arrives from Cosenza and will join the white-skinned club until the next 30/06/2026. Tomorrow he will be available for the Caserta race. Welcome Bright!''

The acquisition of Gyamfi would serve as a morale booster for ACR Messina given his vast experience in the ltalian football competitions after having spells with clubs such as Benevento, Reggiana, Potenza and lnter Milan so far in his career.

He's yet to earn his international cap with Ghana men's senior national team, the Black Stars.
