The 25-year-old striker has completed his switch to the Italian third division outfit in this ongoing winter transfer window

Italian-born Ghanaian centre-forward Joseph Ansah Ekuban has joined Italian Serie C side Latina Calcio on a permanent deal, the club have confirmed.

The former SS Arezzo frontman is linking up with the Stadio Domenico Francioni outfit from fellow lower division side SS Turris Calcio in this January transfer window.

An official announcement over his capture read: ''Latina Calcio 1932 is pleased to announce the arrival of Joseph Ekuban, a 2000-born striker, who joins our team on a permanent basis.Ekuban will enrich the offensive department by bringing dynamism and quality.''

Before joining his new employers, he netted one goal and assisted one in 13 league games for SS Turris Calcio in this ongoing Serie C football campaign.

Ekuban, who is a sibling to Genoa CFC Ghana international forward, Caleb Ekuban, is yet to earn his international cap with Ghana on the international stage.
