The 26-year-old winger has completed his transfer switch to the Danish second-tier side ahead of tonight's transfer deadline window
Danish 1. Division side Kolding IF have announced the loan signing of Ghanaian winger Ernest Agyiri from Superliga giants Randers FC until the end of the current campaign.
The ex- Manchester City U23 man is finding game times hard to come by at the Randers Stadium and has now been made to proceed on loan in order to gain more playing time in the lower division contest.
"The Ghanaian offensive player Ernest Agyiri is schooled in both the Right To Dream academy and Manchester City. He now comes to Kolding IF from the Superliga club Randers FC, on a loan agreement,' an official confirmation over the loan deal read.
The Right to Dream Academy product had this to tell his new employers right after completing his transfer move: " I am really happy to have joined Kolding. It's a great club and after doing some research and hearing from Villads (Westh), I knew it was the right choice for me. I look forward to playing in front of the fans, scoring goals and showing my skills on the field."
Manager Niklas Nürnberg said this about his new wideman capture: " Ernest is a player who has many of the qualities we demand. He is fast, strong and challenging, and he also has creativity in the final third and an eye for the game that means he can not only make himself dangerous, but also set others up."
He added: "He has made a fine figure in Randers, without, however, getting the final breakthrough in the Super League, and we believe that by getting into our system and style of play, he can be brought into the positions where we think he can get his qualities at their best in the game, and can become a decisive player for us who really establishes his name in Danish football."
Agyiri will team up with his playing comrades on Wednesday to begin life at the Kolding Stadium for this term campaign.
