The 26-year-old wideman has completed his loan switch to the German fifth tier outfit from the fourth tier campaigners until the end of the current campaign

Ghanaian winger Shean Mensah has joined NOFV-Oberliga Nord side SV Tasmania Berlin from Reigionalliga side BFC Preussen on a loan deal for the remainder of the 2025-26 football season.

The former Viktoria Berlin winger is joining the German lowly division club after witnessing less game time in this second half of the season at his current side so far.

An official statement over the loan deal of the Ghanaian flanksman reads on the club's official website: ''SV Tasmania Berlin is pleased to announce another signing for the second half of the 2025/26 season in the NOFV-Oberliga Nord: Shean Mensah joins from Regionalliga side BFC Preussen.

''The 26-year-old winger was trained in Neukölln at Stern Britz and BSV Grün-Weiß, where he made the jump to the senior team. From 2018 to 2022, he played for Blau-Weiß 90 in the Oberliga (76 appearances, 25 goals), after which he continued his career in the Regionalliga Nordost with VSG Altglienicke (42/5), Viktoria (53/9) and Preussen (16/1).''

Prior to his loan switch this winter, Mensah figured in 16 games by scoring and assisting once for BFC Preussen across all competitions in this ongoing football season.

The Kumasi-born native still remains fit to play for Ghana on the international stage.
