Italian Serie A side, Udinese Calcio have announced the signing of Ghanaian youngster Raymond Asante from Young Apostles in the ongoing summer transfer window.
The 18 year old is joining the Zebras on a five year contract- a guaranteed stay at the Estadio Friuli until 2027 for an undisclosed fee.
The mercurial winger was sensational for Ghanaian first division side Young Apostles FC last season, where he scored and assisted six each in the recently finished season with four man of the match accolades.
His stellar display propelled the Apostles to the 3rd position with 47 points in zone one of the national first division league.
Asante, 18, will start off with their youth side in the Primavera and will subsequently hope to progress into the first team and definitely become one of the fans favourite at the Estadio Friuli.
