Ghana international Abu Francis has joined Ligue 1 club Toulouse FC from Belgian Pro League side Cercle Brugge, the club have confirmed.
The former FC Nordsjaelland attacking midfielder is joining the Stadium de Toulouse campaigners in an undisclosed duration of contract after passing his mandatory medical examinations earlier on.
"This Wednesday, August 6, Toulouse Football Club is pleased to announce to its supporters the signing of midfielder Abu Francis, the third recruit of the 2025 summer transfer window," a n official confirmation over his signing read.
The Right to Dream academy graduate said to his club's official website: "I'm very happy to be here. I can't wait to start this new challenge and join this wonderful family. I'm also looking forward to discovering the Pink City and meeting all the club's incredible supporters!"
Sporting director Viktor Bezhani added: "We are very pleased with Abu's arrival in our squad. He is a very versatile midfielder, aggressive defensively while being able to dictate the tempo of the match offensively. Physically, his box-to-box profile is ideal for a championship as competitive and demanding as Ligue 1."
Francis is currently boasting of 4 caps with the Ghana Senior Men's National Team at the international level.
