Ghanaian giants Hearts of Oak have announced the transfer of youngster Saani Mohammed to Danish second-tier side AC Horsens in the ongoing January transfer window.
Official club statement on Facebook reads;

The 18-year-old joined the 'Phobians' prior to the start if the ongoing season from second division side Soccer 4 Souls FC and has been outstanding since his arrival in the capital.
The young-sensation after starring in few games so far in the ongoing season with the highlights of his Hearts career being the two sumptuous assists he provided in their precious away win against Young Apostles.
Saani Mohammed after this dream switch will hope to hit the grounds running as quick as possible and gradually establish himself as one of the supporters favourite at the CASA Arena.
AC Horsens are currently occupying the fourth position on the Danish NordicBet Liga table with 31 points after the first phase of the season.
