The talented teenager has completed his transfer move to the Belgian top-tier side in this current transfer window
Ivorian teenager Farouck Adekami has joined Belgian Jupiler Pro League side Royal Antwerp FC on a three-year deal from Ghanaian-based Right to Dream Academy, the club have confirmed.
The teenage sensation put pen to paper on the deal after passing his mandatory medical examinations earlier today.
With clubs across the five major European top division outfit all vying for his services, the Bosuilstadion campaigners have now landed his services this summer.
Announcing the deal, the Antwerp-based club have said their contractual obligations with the 18-year-old budding star will run until 2027 and could be extended to a further season upon its expiration; "RAFC continues to focus on young, promising footballers for the A-team. Players from their own youth - think for example of Arthur Vermeeren, Zeno Van den Bosch and Kobe Corbanie - and players recruited elsewhere. For example, in Ghana we ended up with the Ivorian Farouck Adekami. An offensive midfielder who is best suited to the '10'. Farouck recently turned 18 and has signed a contract with RAFC for 3 seasons with an option."
"Welcome and good luck, Farouck!"
Farouck will now be with the youth team ranks of Royal Antwerp FC in order to continue with his development as a budding talent for the new football season.
