The ltalian top division campaigners have announced the permanent signing of the talented teenager of Ghanaian origin from his second tier employers this summer
ltalian-born Ghanaian budding star Patrick Nuamah has joined Serie A club US Sassulo from Serie B outfit Brescia on a five-year contract, the club have confirmed.
After being chased by English Championship side Portsmouth and Dutch Eredivisie club AZ Alkmaar this summer, those in charge of the Mapei Stadium – Città del Tricolore campaigners have finally landed the Ghana-prospect youngster following a stiff competition over his signature in this current transfer market.
''US Sassuolo Calcio announces the signing of free agent Patrick Nuamah (midfielder, 2005). The player has today been transferred to Catanzaro on loan until June 30, 2026,'' an official statement over his signing read.
He played an instrumental role for Brescia last term having figured in 24 games by netting 2 times across all competitions during the 2024-25 campaign.
Given his Ghanaian heritage, the talented budding teenager remains fit to play for Ghana on the international stage despite playing for the ltaly U18 & U20 national youth teams.
