Tanzanian topflight side Singida Black Stars FC have secured the service of Emmanuel Keyekeh from Ghanaian champions FC Samartex ahead of the 2024/25 football season.
The 26-year-old left Ghana over the weekend and has agreed to sign a three-year deal after a fruitful negotiations between both parties
The experienced midfielder enjoyed a fantastic season with the Timber Giants having led as a captain to help them win their first ever league title in just their second campaign in the topflight.
The lanky middleman was unplayable and was arguably the best midfielder last season having netted 5 goals and provided 2 assists from the center-half of the pitch in 32 league matches.
His stellar performance earned him a huge accolade over the weekend after being adjudged the best home-based footballer at the 2024 Ghana Football Awards.
Keyekeh, after signing just few days ago, has already made his debut in a 1-0 loss to Rwandan champions APR FC in the CECAFA Kagame Cup.
