ENGLAND

In the Premier League, winger Antoine Semenyo lasted the entire duration but had no goal involvements this time as Bournemouth held Crystal Palace to a 3-3 draw away from home. 

Mohammed Kudus also enjoyed full throttle for Tottenham Hotspur who suffered a painful 1-2 home loss to Aston Villa. 

Red-hot Brandon Thomas Asante was on target for Coventry City once again in their precious 2-0 win over Blackburn Rovers to maintain top-spot in the Championship. 

Kwadwo Baah was a second half substitute for Watford but unfortunately they lost 1-0 away at Sheffield United. 

Abdul Fatawu Issahaku excelled again with an assist but wasn’t enough as Leicester City were held to a 1-1 draw at home against Portsmouth. 

In the League 1, Ghanaian trio Kelvin Abrefa, Andy Yiadom and Daniel Kyerewaa were all in action for Reading who suffered a 2-1 defeat away at Cardiff City. 

Jojo Wollacott in League 2, maintained the post for Crawley Town who lost by 1-0 against Shrewsbury Town. 

Albert Adomah was a second half substitute for Walsall in their 1-2 defeat to Barrow. 

SPAIN

In the La Liga, Kwasi Sibo watched on from the bench as Real Oviedo lost 0-2 at home to RCD Espanyol last Friday night. 

At the Estadio la Ceramica, Thomas Partey was an unused substitute for Villarreal who got held to a 2-2 draw at home to Real Betis. 

Inaki Williams played only 45 minutes for Athletic Club who held Elche to a goalless draw. 

In the La Liga II, Iddrisu Baba Mohammed played 81 minutes before making way with injury in UD Almeria’s 1-1 draw away at Cordoba. 

GERMANY 

In the Bundesliga, Ragnar Ache was brought on in the second half by FC Cologne who drew 1-1 at home against FC Augsburg. 

Sirlord Conteh wasn’t in action with a knee injury for Heidenheim who drew 2-2 at home to Weder Bremen. 

At the MEWA Arena, Ernest Poku provided an assist to help Bayer Leverkusen pick a vital 3-4 away win at Mainz 05. 

Ransford Yeboah Konigsdorffer played 76 minutes for Hamburger SV in their 2-1 away loss at RB Leipzig. 

Both Ilyas Ansah and Derrick Kohn were all in action for Union Berlin in their emphatic 3-1 win over Borussia Monchengladbach in the opening fixture of round 7 last Friday night. 

In the Bundesliga II, Richmond Tachie was an unused substitute for Kaiserslautern in their 2-3 away win at Karlsruher SC. 

Benjamin Boakye was introduced in the 66th minute for Arminia Bielefeld who suffered a 4-3 loss away at Paderborn.

In the Italian topflight, Ibrahim Sulemana who just returned from injury watched on from the bench for Bologna who won 0-2 away at Cagliari 

Caleb Ekuban played 66 minutes but wasn’t enough for Genoa to secure maximum points having drawn goalless against AS Parma. 

Kamaldeen Sulemana was yellow carded in Atalanta’s pulsating 0-0 stalemate against SS Lazio in the Serie A. 

In the Serie B, Emmanuel Gyasi wasn’t in action for Palermo who drew 1-1 at home against Modena. 

In Venezia’s 1-1 away draw at Empoli, Alfred Duncan didn’t make the squad due to unknown reasons.

In the Ligue 1, Samson Baidoo was on target for RC Lens who won 2-1 at home against newbies Paris FC. 

Alidu Seidu lasted the entire duration for Stade Rennais in their pulsating 2-2 draw against AJ Auxerre. Ghanaian trio of Elisha Owusu, Gideon Mensah and Ibrahim Osman were all also in action for the visitors. 

Abu Francis lasted the entire duration for Toulouse in their emphatic 4-0 win over Terry Yegbe’s FC Metz.

In the Super Lig, Jesurun Ram-Sakyi was on target for Rizespor in their painful 1-2 home loss to Trabzonspor. 

Jerome Opoku lasted the entire duration for Istanbul Basaksehir in their 1-2 home loss to champions Galatasaray.

Former Bechem United youngster Clinton Duodu came on in the second half for Apollon Limassol in their 1-0 win over Omonia Aradippou. 

Clifford Aboagye came off the bench to score for Anorthosis Famagusta in their thrilling 2-2 draw at home to Akritas. Benson Anang played 75 minutes for the visitors. 

Vernon Addo was an unused substitute for Krasava ENY in their 1-2 home defeat to Omonia Nicosia. 

Charles Yaw Appiah watched on from the bench in APOEL Nicosia’s 2-2 draw Olympiakos.

Richie Laryea saw full time action for Toronto FC in their 4-2 win over Orlando City. 

Joseph Paintsil was on target to help LA Galaxy win 2-1 with ten men against Minnesota United. Kelvin Yeboah was a second half substitute for the visitors. 

Manu Duah and Willy Kumado were all in action while Emmanuel Boateng watched on from the bench as San Diego won 0-4 away at Portland Timbers. 

Austin FC lost 2-1 away at San Jose Earthquakes. Osman Bukari wasn’t in the visitors’ squad due to unknown reasons.
