Ghanaian attacker, Kudus Mohammed has reacted to Tottenham Hotspur’s first defeat to the season and added he’s now switched his attention to international duty having gotten invite from coach Otto Addo ahead of the first international window.
The 25-year-old gets into a new adventure and has started life at North London on a higher note having registered two assists in his debut against Burnley.
He once again excelled in their second game against Manchester City but finally suffered their first season defeat last Saturday surprisingly against Antoine Semenyo’s AFC Bournemouth.
Speaking after the game, Kudus admitted they weren’t at their best and are looking forward to improving in their next game and topped up that his focus is now on the Black Stars ahead of the upcoming World Cip qualifiers.
“I think after the loss today, it's good to get our way to refresh our minds and then come back fresh again,” Kudus said.
“I think playing for your country is also a massive part of us being players, representing your nation. So, it's very, very important to me,” Kudus shared
He is expected to join the Black Stars camp on Monday to prepare of the games coming up as they currently lead Group I with 15 points.
Ghana will face Chad on Thursday September 4 at away, and will host Mali at the Accra Sports Stadium four days later in match-day 7 and 8 respectively.
