Boateng, 30, opened his account for Bnei Raina in the 27th minute with a brilliant, curling finish of the matchday 9 fixture.
He got his second in the 60th to grab the win for his club after finding a foothold and had several chances to finish the game with a hat trick.
Boateng's compatriot, Isaac Nortey lasted 81 minutes in the match for Bnei Raina but was replaced by Isreali defender Nael Khotba.
