Injured Ghanaian midfielder, Daniel Kofi Kyereh has received a huge backing from his SC Freiburg teammates ahead of their Bundesliga match-day 20 fixture against VFB Stuttgart.
The 26 year old sustained an Injury which has forced him out of the season after an earlier scan by the SC Freiburg medical team.
The club afterwards announced that, the mercurial playmaker will not be available for action for the remainder of the season due to Cruciate Ligament injury
Having suffered this heartbreaking setback, his teammates when coming to the pitch for s warm up wore a t-shirt with his jersey number and last name 'Kyereh' at the back to show him solidarity and support and also wish him the speediest recovery.
Daniel Kofi Kyereh joined the Brisgau Brazilians prior to the start of the season from St Pauli and has made 18 appearances in the ongoing season in all competitions with three goals to his belt.
He will miss Ghana's 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers scheduled for next month.
