The 24-year-old is very close to joining Premier League champions Liverpool and has already agreed with the club with official announcement and unveiling very imminent
He's been outstanding since moving from the Manchester City academy to join Celtic where he spent two seasons before subsequently joining Bayer Leverkusen

Speaking in an interview with Africafoot.com, the former Inter and AC Milan middleman admires how the Dutch-born of Ghanaian descent plays and the fact he's also been consistent and is very optimistic he will flourish at Anfield.
"Jérémie Frimpong is an exceptional player. The frequency of his support allows him to change direction while running. His technical agility and speed are evident. I am convinced that he will establish himself at Liverpool since he is a player who is very consistent. On his wing, he is very active offensively. He brings imbalance. He can combine with the attackers to open up space to infiltrate the interior. He has also improved his defense in recent years. I am convinced that he will adapt quickly to Liverpool's game and that he will be a worthy replacement for Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Liverpool FC are really pushing harder to reach agreement with Bayer Leverkusen in order to unveil and register Jeremie Frimpong before the start of the Club World Cup
