The win ensures Arsenal move two points behind leaders Liverpool.
Partey, who has been out of action since October 2023, made a cameo appearance when he was introduced as replacement for Italian international Jorginho in the 65th minute of the game.
Due to injuries, the Ghana international has made only five Premier League appearances for Arsenal in this season's campaign.
